Serniuk Software
is committed to your privacy and security. We do not share,
sell, or distribute our customer lists in any way. Simply put, we do not believe in such
practices. We also safeguard against un-authorized disclosure of your personal information
by employees and only select staff have access to our primary database.
Our web site does not make use of "cookies" and we do not track your activities after you leave our site. We do not attempt to collect information about your identity and/or e-mail address during your visit.
We will not track or otherwise distribute
your e-mail address if you write us with an inquiry about one of our products.
Registered users with active licenses will receive periodic messages from us about product
updates. You will also receive a notification if your product license is about to expire
and these messages may contain brief descriptions of other Serniuk Software products.
We will not send you random, non-specific advertising messages un-related to
our products. Once your license expires and you are no longer an active customer, we
will not send repeat messages about renewing your license. The only situation where
multiple messages might be sent is if you are listed under multiple e-mail addresses.
